Dark Chocolate Bark

½ cup chopped dried fruit


¼ cup raw pumpkin seeds

2 Tablespoons hemp seeds

2 Tablespoons sesame seeds

¼ teaspoon kosher salt or flaky sea salt

1 3.5-ounce bar bittersweet or semisweet chocolate (at least 60% cacao)


  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chocolate in microwave or with a double boiler.
  3. Toast pumpkin seeds in a dry pan over medium heat until beginning to brown and pop.
  4. Repeat with hemp seeds.
  5. Repeat with sesame seeds.
  6. Spread chocolate as thinly as possible on parchment paper.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped fruit or seeds and salt.
  8. Let cool until completely set.
  9. Break into irregular pieces.
