Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 large, ripe bananas
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek yogurt if possible for a thicker, creamier texture)
  • 1/4 cup 100% apple juice (or any 100% juice you want: orange, pineapple, blueberry, raspberry, fruit punch, etc.) or water
  • 2 cups frozen fruit

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a strong blender.
  1. Blend until smooth; thin with water or thicken with ice to reach desired consistency.
