Fruit Smoothies Two Ways

1) Fruit Smoothie

 2 large ripe bananas, peeled

½ cup mashed avocado OR ½ cup coconut milk (or ¼ cup of each)

¼ cup of 100% fruit juice (any flavor) or water

2 cups of frozen fruit (any kind and combination)

1 cup of spinach or kale (optional)

 

Optional add-ins:

7-Sources Oil

Fire Cider

Hemp, flax, or chia seeds

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Adjust consistency by adding water or ice to reach desired thickness.

2) Strawberry Beet Smoothie

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 raw beet

2 Tablespoons Udo’s Choice 3-6-9 Oil Blend

½ lemon, juiced

1 teaspoon grated ginger

½ cup cold water

½ cup ice, (optional: for a thicker smoothie)

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Adjust consistency by adding water or ice to reach desired thickness.
