2 cups gluten free oats

¼ cup gluten free flax meal

¼ cup honey

5 Tablespoons coconut oil

¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon

¼ teaspoon salt

½ cup chocolate covered raisins or other dried fruit

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, flax meal, honey, oil, cinnamon and salt; Mix well until oats are moistened.
  3. Spread oat mixture evenly onto a baking sheet and place in the middle rack of the oven.
  4. Stir every 5-10 minutes to brown evenly. Bake until lightly browned, about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven. Let cool completely.
  6. Stir in dried fruit.
