 2 ½ cups chickpeas

½ chickpeas, for garnish

1/3 cup lemon juice

¼ cup tahini

2 cloves garlic

1-2 Tbsp olive oil

½ tsp cumin

pinch of pepper

pinch of salt



 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

2. Top with remaining chickpeas for garnish. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika or za’atar spice.

3.  Serve with vegetable sticks or whole grain crackers or pita chips.
