Rainbow Kabobs

adapted from Chop Chop magazine

“Eating the rainbow” helps get you in the habit of eating a full spectrum of fruits and vegetables— and, because different colors are associated with different nutrients, that’s a great way to color your world healthy. What better way to get all your healthy hues than in a snackable rainbow or fruit? Start with a container of fruit salad, if you like, or vary the ingredients to suit your taste.
