Strawberry and Spinach Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1 large ripe banana, peeled and frozen

¼ cup plain yogurt, low-fat or nonfat

¼ cup vanilla yogurt, low-fat or nonfat

½ cup soy or almond milk, unsweetened

3 cups frozen strawberries

2 cups baby spinach

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a strong blender.
  2. Blend until smooth; thin with water or thicken with ice to reach desired consistency.
